About Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Return Procedure
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

Returns or refusal of delivery after bulk purchases that interfere with our operations may be refused, and membership or account privileges may be revoked.

Return Shipping Instructions
