Walnut

Walnut

くるみ

Walnuts have long been regarded as one of the “foods of the gods” in ancient Greek and Roman cultures, and were believed to enhance mental clarity when eaten. Because a walnut consists of multiple kernels bound together, it has also come to symbolize unity. Additionally, as the hard shell protects the seed within, walnuts are seen as symbols of life and immortality.
